- 6 Big slice bread
- 2 cup chopped veg(carrot, cabbage,beans, peas etc)
- 1 green chilli
- 1tsp jeera
- 1tbs oil
- salt to taste
- oil to fry
Procedure
- Saute vegetables,green chilli and 1 tsp jeera in 1 tbs oil with salt.
- Dip bread slices one by one in water and squeeze out the water with your palm.
- Put 2 tbs veg mix in bread and roll it in such a way that it is closed on all sides and veg mix do not come out while frying.
- Fry the roll in hot oil and enjoy it with sauce.:)
