Vegetable Bread Roll

  • 6 Big slice bread
  • 2 cup chopped veg(carrot, cabbage,beans, peas etc)
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 1tbs oil
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

  • Saute vegetables,green chilli and 1 tsp jeera in 1 tbs oil with salt.
  • Dip bread slices one by one in water and squeeze out the water with your palm.
  • Put 2 tbs veg mix in bread and roll it in such a way that it is closed on all sides and veg mix do not come out while frying.
  • Fry the roll in hot oil and enjoy it with sauce.:)
