- 1 cup grated carrot.
- 1 cup yogurt
- salt to taste
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tbs ghee.
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Procedure
- Splutter mustard in ghee.
- Saute the grated carrot and chilli in the same.
- Take it from the heat and mix it well with yogurt.
- Add salt to taste.
This is a tasty raitha which my husband prepared for me:)
