- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1/a tsp chilli powder
- a pinch of garam masala
- Add all the ingredients except garam masala and microwave it for 1-1.5 min.
- If you are not using microwave fry the same in a pan.
- As a final touch add garam masala.
I served this with chopped onion , tomato and coriander leaves, mixed to the masala chickpea.
This is the easiest snack if you have cooked chickpea in the fridge..
