- 3-4 mashed potatos
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped beans
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1-2 chopped green chillies
- 1 tbs chopped ginger
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste
- oil to fry
Procedure
- Cook all vegetables in steam.
- Saute onion, ginger,garlic,chilliles, coriander powder,pepper,turmeric powder and garam masala in 1tsp oil.
- Mix mashed potato,vegetables, sauted onion and salt to taste.
- Make balls with the above mixture and flatten it with palm to get required shape.
- Beat 1 egg.
- Dip the cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs and fry them.
