Ingredients:
- Celery sticks, chopped - 3
- Potato - 1
- Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
- Greek yogurt - 3 tbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook celery sticks , ginger and potato well. I used pressure cooker for it
- Once cool, Purée the above with yogurt and salt
- Add water to get the right consistency.
- Strain the soup through a sieve if you don't want get fiber from celery when u have the soup
- Sprinkle some pepper and serve the creamy soup chilled or warm.
