Mango tango is yet another overnight oats with juicy mangoes in it .
- Sweet mango purée - 1/2 cup
- Sweet mango, chopped - 1 cup
- Rolled oats - 1.5 cups
- Low fat milk - 1.5 cups
- Greek yogurt - 3 tbs
- Sunflower seeds - 2 tbs
- Chia seeds - 2 tbs
Method :
- Mix all dry ingredients, Greek yogurt and chopped mangoes very well. You can mash them a bit
- Add milk and purée to the above and mix well again
- Keep this in an air tight jar in fridge overnight and enjoy Mango Tango for breakfast
