Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes/ cottage cheese cubes - 1.5 cups
- Ginger chopped - 1 tbs
- Garlic chopped - 1 tbs
- Green chilli chopped - 1
- Onion chopped - 1/2 medium size
- Creamy yogurt/ Greek style yogurt - 1 cup
- Tomato purée - made with 2 small ripe tomato
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbs
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Meat masala - 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi - 1 tbs
- Oil - 1 tbs
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix ingredients from 7 to 14
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients from 2 to 5 till golden brown
- Add the mixture from bowl to the pan and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer and salt to it and cook for 5 more minutes or till paneer is done
- Add crushed kasuri methi leaves and switch off the flame
- Transfer the curry to a serving bowl and top with a tbs of yogurt.
