Ingredients:
- Basmati rice - 3 cups
- Water - 12 cups
- Salt to taste
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Onion sliced - 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
- Raisins - 1/4 cup
- Mutton Kurma - 1 recipe
Method:
- Boil water with salt
- Add washed rice and cook till almost done
- Switch off the stove and remove the extra water from rice
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion cashews and raisins and keep aside
- Layer rice, mutton kurma and above fried items, close it with lid/aluminium foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350F Deg heat.
