Overnight rolled oats breakfast is a time saver for anyone busy or lazy to make breakfast in the morning. And yes, it is a much more healthier choice than your usual breakfast items.
Below is my today's breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
- Rolled oats - 1 cup
- Low fat milk - 1 cup
- Greek yogurt - 3 tbs
- Dates chopped - 3
- Sugar - 1 tsp optional
- Banana sliced - 1 small or 1/2 big
- Salted caramel - 1 tsp
Direction:
- Mix all ingredients from 1 to 5 in a mason jar and store it in the fridge overnight.
- Top with sliced banana and salted caramel.
